Week of Prayer at the Naz

As the children go back to school and life takes up its normal pace we decided to set aside a whole week for prayer, right at the beginning of the New Year. We want to seek the Lord and ask for his guidance and help in every aspect of our individual lives and the life of our fellowship. With that we acknowledge that we desperately need him. Jesus said: “Apart from me you can do nothing” (John 15,5). So it makes perfect sense to focus on HIM and invite him into every situation, every planned activity and every decision that we will be facing down the road.

All are welcome to come to the prayer meetings. You find the times and places in the event section of the website. To make it possible for most people to attend, the times of the meetings vary. Today, on Monday, we met in the morning from 6:30-7:30 am. It was a very refreshing time in the presence of God with 9 people attending. Tuesday there will be a meeting in Newtownmountkennedy, in the house of Suzie and Jeremy Evans, from 11:30 am-12:30 pm, and also in the Church from 7-8 pm. Wednesday 6:30-7:30 am, Thursday twice again, 11:30 am-12;30 pm in Newtoun and 7:30-8:30 pm in the Church. Friday 6:30-7:30 am. Saturday: Men’s prayer breakfast from 8:30-10:30 am.

“Ask and it will be give to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks the door will be opened.” (Matthew 7,7-8)
